To request a return, you must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.


2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products (names, logos, characters, studs)
  • Products used or damaged after delivery

3. Return Process

4. Refunds / Replacements

  • Once your request is approved, we will offer either a replacement or refund
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method

5. Shipping for Returns
